“Flair Without Compare” is the new tagline that identifies Ayala Center Cebu’s impressive and extensive expansion and new logo. Both were introduced during soft opening ceremonies at the Gallery at level one.
To bring in a shower of blessings, abundance and good fortune, a Holy Mass was held with Cebu Archbishop Emeritus Ricardo J. Cardinal Vidal as main celebrant. This was followed by a brief background of the project expansion by Ayala Land president Antonino Aquino. Incidentally, the company is mighty proud of its 25 years in Cebu!

After a superb lunch, the Ayala lady executives led by personable and articulate Jeannette Japzon guided us on a mini-tour of the streamlined four-storey edifice housing more than 200 posh fashion brands and elite dining places. Although not all were fully operational during the holidays, a few were eye-openers—emanating with quality and style. We’re looking forward to a mega-Rustan’s come April 2014, right, Jeannette?
BMW (Bavarian Motor Works) Cebu has added still another advantage to its kilometric list of pluses on and off the road. It’s the launching of the BMW FlexiLease Program, the first brand to introduce such a leasing schedule in Cebu.
Very much a dashing figure at the BMW Showroom in Nivel Hills, Lahug, was Glen Dasig, executive director of Asian Carmakers Corp. exclusive distributor of BMW in the country. He flew in from the Capital Region to share with guests the distinct advantage of the leasing program.
Designed for enthusiasts, the program is particularly suitable for expats who made up the bulk of the guests that evening. Multinational corporations, who have representatives in Cebu, such as Fortune 500’s, Fluor Corporation, were very much present.
As the event progressed, guests enjoyed free-flowing wine as well as German-inspired cuisine meticulously prepared by Laguna Catering.
