ABOITIZLAND continuously provides the Cebuanos with beautiful homes. They unveiled their latest project, Almiya, at SM City Cebu last June 28, 2013. This is another addition to their long list of products for the Cebuano families.

Their three-day launch, from June 28 to June 30, was also coupled with different activities, like bonsai making, art workshop, storytelling, and Ikebana, which are all wholeome family-oriented activities. They also had mini-concerts from both local and national talents.

Almiya is a Filipino-inspired community that is located in Canduman, Mandaue City and is very near schools, churches, and commercial centers. This makes it an ideal investment for start-up families and those with children attending nearby schools.

The community has a 5.2-hectare area with 62 units for Phase 1 alone. Thirty-five percent of the units are already sold as of the launch date. The homes have superior designs and are made to adapt to the country’s tropical weather. They have duplex and single attached homes that families can choose from.

“We are the only village with complete amenities near the city,” Leorelei Ylaya, marketing manager of AboitizLand, said.

Almiya has a park, swimming pool, clubhouse, kids’ play area, and a basketball court. It also features its own waste water treatment facility, elevated water tank, and 24/7 security.

Development of Phase 1 is scheduled is to start last quarter of the year. The site development of the village, on the other hand, is already ongoing and they are targeting to turnover the units by the fourth quarter of the 2014. (ADO)
