WITH its belief that every family should have quality and inspirational interior design ideas to maximize home enjoyment, Allison Tyler Designs recently launched its first retail outlet for luxury home furnishings in Cebu.

Allison Tyler (named after owner’s kids, Allison and Tyler) is a combination of direct selling furnishings showroom and custom design studio. They offer every design style and type of wood furnishings, cabinetry and other artistic accents.

Allison Tyler offers a wide array of furniture, cabinetry, wall paneling, moldings, sofas and anything you can put at home.

"We're working on our accessory line. We want to be a one-stop shop for home furnishing," said Gregg T. Huettel, lead furniture designer and owner.

At Allison Tyler, the customers rule. "We show little examples at our store, but if somebody likes what they see and want them bigger, we'll make them bigger," said Huettel.

With his 25 years of experience, Huettel knows that he can and will deliver absolute quality service and craftsmanship.

Its clientele does not limit only to homeowners, but also to interior designers and architects as well.

"We have a library where they can check our designs and choose ones which can help their design concepts," he added.

Huettel's design inclination is into ‘Bierdermeier,’ a period of design which started in Germany and France characterized by simple but well done lines usually with the use of veneers and woods. He envisions a homey and cozy style of furnishings and home accessories.

Allison Tyler Designs is a sister company of Asian Link Designs, a global furniture design and drawing company with actual product sourcing and sales within the Philippines. It is located at Design Center, A.S. Fortuna St., Banilad, Mandaue City.
