Toyota opens the biggest facility in the country in Mandaue-A A +A

TOYOTA Cebu officials and Toyota Motor Philippines executives inaugurated the Toyota Mandaue South, the newest and biggest Toyota facility in the country.
The 25,000 square-meter facility located at the North Reclamation Area houses spacious negotiation lounges for customers use; 2,507.39 square meters service area with four periodic maintenance bays, two express maintenance bays and 20 general bays assuring that vehicles are serviced promptly and efficiently; service workshop where eight vehicles are presented in the 450 square meter showroom; service reception with 14 service advisors to receive service request; customer lounge for customers who wait while vehicles are being serviced; and a kiddie corner, among others.
In its full capacity, the new facility can service 200 units per day, said Toyota Cebu general manager Jose Manuel Cuenco. With the new express maintenance bays that are fitted with specialized equipment, service time is guaranteed to be reduced to just 30 minutes to an hour.
The new facility is in addition to Toyota’s two existing branches in M.J. Cuenco Ave., Cebu City and Tabok, Mandaue City.
