IF YOU like cars, I heard you’re going to love 2015!

We asked some car enthusiast friends on the cars that they are looking forward to next year. Not all models may be available in our country. But hey, that didn’t stop them from getting excited about these cars.

“Toyota Supra (FT-1). Why? They stopped production back in 2002, and now it’s back! Imagine, 12 years of research on one of the best Japanese sports cars ever made in history. Toyota won’t say anything about it. So we have to wait and see.” -- Wilson Ong, businessman

“I am looking forward to the next version of the Honda Jazz. They have been improving on its versatile utility, efficient use of space, and continue to better it at fuel efficiency.” -- Paul Kiener, manager Petrol K

“The Lexus RC coupes. The lines on the new Lexus cars look good but they seem to be better suited to this particular body, plus there’s a 5 litre v8 version! I also want to see the new Jaguar F-type in person, the pictures look great!” -- Ilian Javellana, marketing, Kabahagi Corporation

“If Ford is bringing in the Volkswagen Golf GTI, I’d love to drive it. The Golf GTI is a quick little car, which makes it perfect for our country. It’s well made, looks good and should be reasonably priced if they bring it here.” -- May Bernad, manager, Dr. CRB Aesthetic & Laser Clinic

“To name a few, the all new Nissan Navara 2015, all new Toyota Hilux, Fortuner and Land cruiser Prado and the all new Ford Everest. They’re all nice cars, durable, new to the eyes, practical with powerful engines and etc.” -- Alfred Luigi K. Tiu, businessman
