FOR its upcoming roadshows in Dubai, AppleOne Properties, Inc. (API) has partnered with the Philippine National Bank (PNB) in
bringing additional support to Filipinos overseas who are interested in buying and investing in AppleOne units.

In the roadshows, PNB will provide assistance to fast-track processing of loan applications to buyers. This eases up the investment and sales process for overseas workers.

According to API executive vice president Yvet Andalis, “We feel the need for buyers to have an immediate access for their payment processes and remittances. This partnership is our way of reaching out to our overseas workers who have the desire to invest their money back to the Philippines but do not know how. By having PNB join the roadshows, we help fill that need. It was easy to choose to partner with PNB as it is a recognized bank overseas for Filipinos.”

Partnering with the bank for its international roadshows is a first for AppleOne and in the real estate industry of Cebu.

PNB Branch Head Fietzie Ocampo, said, “Having this partnership with AppleOne is truly a distinct privilege and we are excited about the idea of being able to provide assistance to Filipino overseas as they are a primary client group that we actively support worldwide. It is our hope that our overseas workers would take this opportunity of investing their money back in their native country. We will help AppleOne in making real estate transaction worry-free and seamless.”

The series of AppleOne roadshows for this year will start in March and cover places such as the Middle East, Northern America and Europe.

Since its first development project in 2010, AppleOne Properties, Inc. has pioneered numerous marketing programs in the industry including cash incentives, travels and international roadshows in countries such as Singapore, Dubai, Qatar, Canada and the US. The roadshows also cover key US cities like San Francisco, Las Vegas, San Diego, Los Angeles, New York, New Jersey and Chicago. AppleOne has also sent agents and partners to the National Association of Realtors Conference in New Orleans and a tour of different premier cities in North America. (PR)
