JOHNDORF Ventures Corp. (JVC) will launch in July Astana, a new subdivision south of Mactan where the company plans to create “a new wave in Asian living.”

JVC will inaugurate the project with an open house and unveiling of model units at the site in Babag, Lapu-Lapu City near Hanniyah Homes, a completed project of JVC subsidiary Prohomes Development, Inc.

“Astana will be a home for urban achievers whose families matter most by choosing to settle in contemporary Asian life,” said Michele D. Chiu, JVC sales and marketing manager. “It answers homeowners’ aspirations to provide them with comfortable living.”

In developing Astana, Chiu said JVC planners recognized that their target market “never cease to make things happen” in their lives, always doing better than what they have achieved, “driven by the families they love most dearly.”

The new subdivision is named after a new Asian capital city that was a fortress in the 19th century that became a center of agricultural success in the 1960’s after its people gained freedom from the last Romanov ruler.

She said Astana is meant for value-driven homeowners who want to live in communities close to both the city and leisure of the sea.

“You can be confident your hard-earned money will bring you the best home and carry out a wise investment that will give you sound returns in time,” she said. (PR)
