Nominations now open for tourism brand awards-A A +A

THE Asian Institute of Management – Dr. Andrew L. Tan Center for Tourism and Entrepreneur Magazine have launched the first Emerging Tourism Brand Awards to honor Philippine brands in the tourism industry that have exhibited both business excellence and social awareness.
Companies must be active for at least three years to qualify. Nominations for the following categories are now being accepted: Accommodations, Culinary Experience, Gifts and Merchandise, Hospitality Education and Services.
A special award for eco-tourism will also be given to a business operating in an environmentally, socially, and economically sustainable manner. Companies may also be nominated for more than one category.
Entries will be evaluated based on market sustainability, brand campaign, distinct competence and innovation, and social responsibility. The entries will be judged by a panel of tourism experts and professionals representing each award category.
The deadline for entries is on April 30.
