An elderly male customer who was inside the establishment when the robbery took place told Sun.Star Cebu he didn't notice any commotion.

He was seated on a bench and was sending a text message to someone after he deposited clothes that will be sent to Manila.

The customer also said he didn't see the suspects because he was looking at his phone.

It was only when the female associate told him that the firm had been robbed that he learned of the incident.

The outlet has a closed-circuit television camera but was not operating because it reportedly bogged down due to fluctuating electricity supply.

This is the sixth LBC outlet to be robbed this year. The latest robbery took place last Aug. 14, where its LBC outlet on Escario St., Cebu City lost some P10,000 to two men.
