Free Wellness and Yoga Party at Primavera Residences

PLANNING to live a healthier life but have no idea where to start? Join Primavera Residences’ Wellness Day on July 26 and learn about proper health and nutrition from the local experts.

Primavera Residences, a green condo complex in Uptown Cagayan de Oro, is hosting a free Wellness Day seminar and yoga party at its function hall.

Participants will get to learn the basics on wellness from CdeO chef instructor Chef Ivy Trapero.


Trapero is a chef instructor and licensed teacher at the Culinary Institute of Cagayan de Oro, and the owner of a nutrition club where she helps customers live healthy and achieve their ideal weight.

The wellness talk will be followed by a free personalized wellness evaluation conducted by Trapero herself.

Aside from learning about proper nutrition, participants will learn about Dynamic Training Approach from CdeO Rugby Club coach Noel Villa.

Villa is the founder and coach of the Rafters, Cagayan de Oro’s Rugby Football Club.

Wellness Day will be capped off by a yoga party conducted by instructor Julie Bonita Corrales.

Corrales is a certified, US-trained yoga instructor from Camiguin Island who owns The Yoga Home studio in her hometown.

The seminar starts at 3 p.m. while the yoga party follows at 5 p.m.

Primavera Residences will also announce the winner of its social media contest during the Wellness Day.

The ongoing contest encourages participants to share their wellness goals on Facebook using the hashtag, #PrimaveraWellness Goals.

The lucky winner will win a free 10-day membership in Trapero’s nutrition club.

Primavera Residences is a twin-tower, 10-storey mixed-use development located in Uptown Cagayan de Oro. It offers residential, commercial and office spaces for purchase and rent.
