VISTA Land and the Limketkai brothers joined together as they endeavor the leading multistory residential project in Cagayan de Oro.

The Loop, a 26-story twin tower residential condominium at Limketkai, will be your home sanctuary within a contemporary lifestyle setting.

“We already solved the problems even before it will be raised. We built it virtually. We built it three times to make sure that it’s perfect, from the foundation down to the strengthening in which we call Building Information Modelling (BIM). That’s the new thing when you construct a high-rise. That is what Singapore and Hong Kong are doing and we are bringing it to The Loop,” Architect Arturo C. Secuya said.

Located at the booming heart of the city, a groundbreaking ceremony of its North Tower was done Thursday, May 22.

Fronting the rites were The Loop’s Architect Arturo C. Secuya; MGS Construction president Joy J. Fernandez; Limketkai’s mall manager Ria Ledesma; Limketkai’s finance manager Henry Jumawid; Camella Northern Mindanao general manager Emelia N. Lustado; Camella communities president Jerylle Luz C. Quismundo; and Cagayan de Oro City mayor Oscar S. Moreno.

“Currently, we are greatly amazed by how we are 65 to 75 percent sold for the North Tower in less than a year […] The actual construction will begin three to four months from now. The units will be turned over on the fourth quarter of 2017,” Emelia Lustado, Camella Northern Mindanao general manager, said.

The master-planned condominium allows you to revel the city’s bests by being in the loop of exciting lifestyle choices, shopping and entertainment experience in the modern urban life.

Cagayan de Oro is now a city of transformation; your gateway to the booming Northern Mindanao.

You, gotta be on The Loop!
