Twitter users show sympathy to Paul George after ghastly leg injury-A A +A

PAUL George became a top trending topic on Twitter on Saturday afternoon (Manila time) after the Indiana Pacer's all-star suffered a gruesome leg injury at the United States team training camp.
It was late in the fourth quarter when George chased down James Harden but the latter accidentally hit and slid down the bottom of the stanchion.
Massive sympathy to George spread worldwide for his early recovery.
#PrayForPaulGeorge is now on Twitter's number one spot in the Philippines and worldwide.
One Twitter user said that his leg hurt after watching the tragic incident happened to George.

A hopeful post from a fan was expecting that George would be able to come back soon once he finally recovered.

Meanwhile, George tweeted as a reply to his fans. He thanked everybody for the love and support. He also said that he would be okay and be back better than ever.
