Tuesday, July 15, 2014
COURT operations in Metro Manila were suspended on Tuesday afternoon by Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno due to inclement weather caused by Typhoon Glenda, which is expected to cross provinces north of the capital the next day.
The suspension of work took effect at 3:30 p.m. while executive judges in areas outside the National Capital Region (NCR) have the discretion to call off operations, said SC spokesperson Theodore Te on Twitter.
Advisory| The CJ has ordered early dismissal for NCRJ courts at 330 today; for courts outside NCRJ, EJ's discretion.
