MANILA -- Most parts of the country will continue to experience fair weather in the next three days, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical (Pagasa) said Sunday.

Pagasa weather forecaster Fernando Cada said the country is expected to be storm-free until Wednesday, May 14.

Cada, however, said that Mindanao will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rains due to the inter-tropical covergence zone.

He added that the rest of the country, including Metro Manila, will continue to have sunny to partly cloudy skies with possible isolated rains in the afternoon or evening due to evaporation or localized convection.

In its Sunday advisory, Pagasa said light to moderate winds blowing from the east to southeast will prevail over Luzon and coming from the east over the rest of the country.

The coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate. (PNA/Sunnex)
