IN PRESENT situation where time is of the essence, short, explosive, whatever they call it, is gaining popularity.

Many could not afford to stay long hours inside the gym and work out the traditional way, although it cannot be denied that training or workout takes time to be efficient. It could also be lessened and be focused to how and what aspect would it be effective and this is proven by research and experiences too.

That is why a 7 minutes work out to 30 minutes a day has sprung out, targeting perfectly those who are always on the go but still needs to get fit. Experts say, the traditional work outs or trainings takes long hours to complete because of its comprehensiveness.

A complete body workout, in the popular short time workouts that are being developed nowadays focuses more on targeting one aspect like stamina, agility, endurance, flexibility etc. at a certain workout schedule.

Although bits and pieces of certain aspects are still worked, only one is given emphasis like prioritizing one certain aspect and scheduling them.

This article is brought about by a question, almost an insulting one asking, “What? You only train for two hours? Two hours is two short! What do you do in two hours?”

With a grin, this author answered, “The sort of training that makes our players champions!” Dumbfounded by the answer, the tide has changed and then he asked, “Could you show me how? Could you teach me to train players for two hours?”

With vengeance this author answered, “Sorry! But it is only for members” but to make the conversation lite this author uttered, “Actually I don’t need to teach you, because you are better than us” then he laughed and said “You just don’t want to teach me.”

There is no secret in this short timed training fad, all it takes is understanding what you want and what you aim to attain in the process, both in traditional training and in short timed workouts is risks that we should pre-empt.

Health conditions vary that makes rush training like this a risks for those who has history of heart problems etc. Traditional or not, what dictates this kinds of evolutions are reasons like time.

Everyone needs to be somewhere sometime, and holding them to one activity sacrifices their other activities.
