WHAT does it take to be healthy? Exercise? Diet? Lifestyle? Who would say what healthy is? Your doctor? Your fitness trainer?

Too many questions, too many circumstances, too many considerations, but the ultimate question is what makes you happy?

For the many reasons one indulges in exercise, diet and change into what they call healthier lifestyle, why is there a bigger percentage of people failing in their goal?


Leaner and a more toned body is usually the objective of this phenomenon but why is there a greater mass formed than shed?

The lack of dedication and hard work they say is the problem why these people fail in their goal, but what about those who succeed with their beach bodies? Those are the people who devoted their time attaining their goal. In contrasting question, how many of those who succeed retain their hard worked physic for a long period of time?

Too many questions with too many contradicting and debatable answers, so here is how we can work this out.

Life is full of opportunities mandated by decisions. Decisions that would make or break how you live and enjoy living the changing times makes it more challenging right before one have adjusted to living. The norms just switches and some are just not applicable at a certain time anymore making human existence a survival on its most intricate state.

Setting goals like attaining what the majority perceive as ideal, traps many in believing that it applies to all. Like I said, everything is a decision.

Choices you make affects the subsequences in your life. We all are aware of what is good and what is not based on how we feel about it and based on the experiences of those who came before us, every opportunity is ours to take, but do not just indulge into it because others are on to it, but because you feel good about it and makes you happy.

Eat just enough to make you full, exercise just enough to make you move and endure your daily activities, sleep just enough to rest your body to regain enough energy to use for another day.

Too much of anything they say is already a sacrifice, and sacrifices without a purpose and sustainability is useless.

Each and every human being is unique although we can learn and develop what is innate, each remains unique in its capacity to absorb and develop, and so whether you decide to live your life on the norms of others or to explore your own, what is important is that you exists and live your life happy, because happiness makes you healthy. It’s the very secret of life and without it, you never had a life.
