SCOOP-Bacolod's Trio Duckpin Festival for non-rated bowlers is all set to go tomorrow at Lopue's East Bowling Center at Barangay Villamonte in Bacolod City.

Media practitioners, newspaper dealers, duckpin bowling associations and clubs in the province are invited to join the quarterly sporting event.

"Bowling is an activity to spend time with friends and family," tournament coordinator James Toga said.

He added that this is also one way to promote the sports as a recreational game and a reason to get together with classmates in high school and college.

The bowling event is supported by Lopue's Araneta and East Center, 2GO Travel, Villamonte Barangay Captain Friday Solinap, and media partners Negros Daily Bulletin, Watchmen Daily Journal, and Sun.Star Bacolod in cooperation with Negros Media Sports Club. (HGD)
