TWENTY-FOUR teams will see action in the Under 13 and U11 divisions of the Dynamic Football League 2nd Conference, which kicks off July 19 at the Panaad Park and Stadium pitch.

Expected are 16 teams for the U13 and eight teams in the U11 division.

For the U11, a player must be born January 1, 2004 and later, while the U13 booter must be born January 1, 2002 and later.

Based on the DFL ground rules, teams in the U11 shall register a maximum of 14 eligible players, while 18 for U13. Coaching staff is composed of a head coach and two assistant coaches.

The winning team gets three points, one point for a draw, and zero for a loss.

In the event of two or more teams tied on points, application goal difference, greater number of goals scored, results of the match between the concerned teams (winner over the other), or kicks from the penalty mark if the teams involved are still in the field of play, will be applied.

Other matters not covered in this regulation shall be dealt with by the tournament director or match commissioner. In the absence of any other rules, the 2010/2011 FIFA Rules and Disciplinary Code will apply.

Tournament chairman Andrew Infante said the competition is aimed to establish a strong foundation for school-based grassroots development program of football in Negros Occidental.

The tournament is organized and managed by the Dynamic Football Club headed by Ricky Yanson. (HGD)
