Dynamic FL kicks off July 12

SET to establish a strong foundation for school-based grassroots football development program for Negros Occidental, the Dynamic Football League 2nd Conference will kick off on July 12 at the Panaad Park and Stadium pitch.

Tournament chairman Andrew Infante said the league will feature two categories, the Under 11 and Under 13 divisions.

For U11, a player must be born January 1, 2004 and later while those suiting up for U13 must be born January 1, 2002 and later.


Deadline for submission of all requirements ended yesterday and teams which made it into the tournament will be announced on June 24.

The screening of players will be conducted on June 27 and 28.

Based on the DFL rules, teams in the U11 shall register a maximum of 14 eligible players and 18 for U13. Coaching staff for each team must consist of a head coach and two assistant coaches.

A winning team gets three points, one point for a draw and zero points for a loss.

In the event of two or more teams are tied on points, the following system shall be applied: goal difference, greater number of goals scored, results of the match between the concerned teams (winner over the other), or kicks from the penalty mark if the teams involved are still in the field of play.

All matters not covered in this regulation shall be dealt with accordingly by the Tournament Director or Match Commissioner. In the absence of any other rules, the 2010/2011 Fifa Rules and Disciplinary Code will apply.

The tournament is organized and managed by Dynamic Football Club benefactor Ricky Yanson.
