BACOLOD City-based Ceres-La Salle FC dropped Forza, 4-1 over the weekend to seal its campaign in Division 2 of the United Football League with 57 points after 18 victories in 22 outings, including three draws and a loss.

Korean reinforcement Jin Ho Kim scored the first of his three goals in the 26th minute but Forza’s Gerald Pacquiao equalized in the 39th minute to put both clubs even at the half.

Kim and Kyum Son Cho followed up with two consecutive unanswered goals in the 58th and 60th minutes, respectively, and Ceres’ lead was 3-1.

With a strong Ceres-backline, Forza was unable to break the champion’s wall and never got close and Kim drove the final nail in Forza's coffin in the 80th minute.

Ceres-La Salle FC scored a total of 93 goals in 22 games and gave up only 18.
