BACOLOD-BASED Ceres-La Salle FC will face Forza tonight at the Emperador Stadium to formally close the final game in the second elimination round in the Division 2 of the ongoing United Football League.

Though the Ceres side is already the virtual champion in this division with 54 points after winning 17 in 21 outings, including three draws and a defeat, the provincial squad wants to make sure that they will have a perfect closure in the tournament as well as to be ready when they finally enter the premier division of the league next season.

Earlier, the Bacolod squad blanked Manila All-Japan FC, 5-nil.

Oladipo Okunaiya scored the opening goal in the 12th minute before Korean reinforcement Kim Jin Ho had the first of his two in the 20th minute while teammate Cho Kyum Son added another three minutes later.

Kim Jin Ho stuck another in the 43rd minute to close the half, four-nil.

But, Ceres isn’t done yet in the second half as Kim Sang Min connected the team’s fifth goal in the 56th minute. (HGD)
