In an emailed information from coach Belangel, the Thunderbolts will join University of Sto. Toma, San Beda College Alabang, University of San Carlos of Cebu, Negros Oriental, Don Bosco Dumaguete, St. Paul Dumaguete and Silliman University.

Tay Tung, which lost SJ Belangel to Ateneo de Manila University and the pair of Rafael Minerales and Jesmar Pedrosa to La Salle Greenhills, is trying to mold a championship batch of what is left of a powerhouse squad.

BTTHS, invited by Britt Reroma of the organizing league, needs an exposure like this to stay fit and ready for Negros Occidental Private Schools Sports Cultural Educational Association tournament.

The Thunderbolts were Bacolod leg champion of the Coca-Cola PBA Youngstars but lost to University of the Visayas Green Lancers in the Visayas regionals in Iloilo City.
