B2K temporarily took solo lead with 2-0 card in the ongoing 4th Drugmen of Negros (DON) basketball tournament at EMB gym in Bacolod City.

DON, United Laboratories, Petron-Talisay, Batch 98 of Negros Occidental High School are locked in a one win-one loss record while Copylandia is 0-2.

DON president Eric Lopez, sports commissioners John Paul Galimba and Richard Lacson are organizing the tournament as a respite from the challenging life of medical representatives in their career both in pharmaceutical and business fields.

The league aims to foster camaraderie among members of multinational and local drug companies, promote a work-life balance, and serve as a break away from their daily routines.

On March 10, the Rollin Meliton-led Petron Blazers will try to break its tie with NOHS '98 at 8 p.m.

B2K's clean slate will be challenged by Unilab on March 11 while Copylandia will go all out at 9 p.m. against DON to break its losing streak. (HGD)
