IN MOST times, we forget that health is the most vital part for everyone to possibly live longer. People get shocked when they discover that one gets a lung cancer when he is a non-smoker. Or one gets a liver cancer when he is not an alcoholic.

But life is just once and there are other factors that may lead one to some unexpected illness. Look back to the history of your lifestyle and possibly these are the reasons why healthy life ends so early. Even depression can lead a person to a miserable life and end up with heart attack, poor health condition, and whatever.

While many claim that many in the medical profession never give advice like drink sufficient water every day, or sleep so many hours a day or take those original (not alternative) supplements for a healthier living like garlic, guyabano, carrots, pepper, and more, it is evident that healthy living means taking these healthier foods. And one reliable person speaks of refined sugar and milk as eventually carcinogenic.

One lecturer told a crowd while laughing that he is surprised why people are drinking distilled water which, he said, is intended for auto batteries and steamed iron. Yes many indeed drink distilled water, he said, not knowing that it is highly acidic and not good for children. Well, try to find out for yourself but I would not dare drink distilled since there are those spring and natural drinking water available anyway.

I never liked spicy food but when a Malaysian doctor advised me to eat somewhat spicy food, I have come to believe that it prevents basic illness like colds, fever and more. Many are amused why it is said that eating too much spicy food will bring you to that almoranas thing. If this is true then all Indians, Arabs, Malaysians, Thais, and those Bicolanos and Ilocanos who all love spicy foods should have had that almoranas experience.

Staying healthy would mean eating more fruits worth spending for rather than eating those unhealthy recipes on the table. Guayabano is claimed to be better than chemotherapy. We believe that the best cure is GODmotherapy. Pray to Him in the heavens always. He is the best doctor of the universe.
