ROBINSONS Place Bacolod has opened the Hobbyists and Collectors Exposition 2 at the fountain area on Friday, featuring spectacular toy collections.

These toys include Superman and Batman collection, Gundam plastics collection, RC vehicles and planes, Terminator, Bat Mobile and Star Wars Light Sabers, Pirates of the Caribbean, and 4WD Cars.

"Boys will always be boys and we have our toys always. So these toys evolved and ended up as a collection," said exhibitor Jay Tabligan of Bat Mobiles and Star Wars Light Sabers.

"I always like reading comic books and watching movies so from that I collected memorabilia from our favorite comic book and movies," Jay added.

Two years ago, they also showcased their collections at Robinsons Place Bacolod. But the present exhibit is a new collection.

The first exhibit featured predators and aliens, Jay said.

He stressed that for them exhibitors, it is not the number of collections that counts but the value.

Hobbyists and Collectors Exposition 2 runs until tomorrow, August 17.
