MEDICUS Philippines has opened its branch in Bacolod last July 28. This is its 20th branch nationwide.

The grand opening started with a motorcade, followed by the blessing of the center officiated by Msgr. Vic Rivas, and culminated with a program and a luncheon.

It was attended by Bacolod Vice Mayor Greg Gasataya, Councilor Em Ang and Atty. Bong Dilag, spokesperson of Mayor Monico Puentevella.

They gave their inspirational messages and warmly welcomed Medicus as an investor and a health partner in Bacolod.

Other distinguished guests were former assemblyman Bob Gatuslao and 4th District Board Member Joeben Alonso.

Dr. Vicente Villareal, president of Medicus Philippines, also graced the launching, as well as department heads and staff from the main branch in Iloilo City.

Medicus Bacolod is located at the ground floor of Vision Square Bldg. corner 21st St. and San Agustin St. (beside PhilHealth). It is open from Mondays to Saturdays, from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m.

It offers all laboratory tests, X-Ray, ECG and ultrasound as well as medical clinics with doctors of various specializations such as pediatricians, OB-gynes, radiologists, pathologists and cardiologists.

It's good to know that Negrenses have more choices where they can go when they have health concerns.
