I WAS invited by Madam Ging to visit her Silver & Plum Restaurant and Bar at the new extension of the renovated ground floor of Piazza Sorrento at 13th –Lacson St in Bacolod. The restobar is just steps away from where it was first located.
As I entered the restobar, I was fascinated with its interiors because it’s classy and cozy and, of course, the colors are majestically silver and plum.
According to Madam Ging, who owned the defunct d’Rasa Pub and Restaurant at Metrodome, the colors silver and plum are her favorites. They connote elegance and royalty, she says, so that’s the way they also treat their customers.
I can attest to this because I felt like a royalty when I dined out there for several times already.
Madam Ging is a self-made chef. She also loves music and dancing. She travels to many countries from where she learned to cook using imported spices and seasonings.
No wonder the dishes served in Silver & Plum taste great!
After d’Rasa Pub & Restaurant, Madam Ging continues to serve the delicious international cuisines to Negrenses and tourists through Silver & Plum.
Silver & Plum is also the favorite place of Retro and trendy people who love cocktails and good party. The restobar also serves fine- tasting cocktail drinks, which is what prominent partygoers keep coming back for.
Silver & Plum also accepts bookings for private parties and catering. You can contact its marketing manager Aika Lim, the very pretty and statuesque MWAH model, at 0906-5929886 and 0906-2178179.
Experience great food, trendy and retro music, and refreshing and sparkling cocktails, and service royale at Silver & Plum.
