THE Celebrity Basketball Match at the West Negros University last May 3 rocked Bacolod City and made our summer hotter. Surely, ladies and pa-ladies alike couldn’t afford not to ogle hunk actor AJ Dee (elder brother of ABC-CBN star Enchong Dee), Marco Alcaraz (good-looking husband of Miss International 2005 Precious Lara Quigaman), Joross Gamboa (former Star Circle Quest winner), gwapissimo GMA actor JC Tiuseco, stunning model John Hall, and super good-looking GMA star Mikael Daez as they play a friendly basketball game with Bacolod Players Selection headed by the chief executive of the city of Bacolod, Mayor Monico Puentevella.

THE pretty and statuesque MWAH models Snookii Thiel, Charisse Loraez, Katrina Pearl Gomez, Winafe Narandan and Chantel Ampog were invited to add color to the event. During the half-time, the models performed a “sizzling hot” dance number with the music “Talk Dirty.”

Originally, they were supposed to have a Summer Fashion Show during the break, but it was cancelled to shorten the intermission number.

I was surprised that upon arriving at the WNU gym with my models, the audience applauded us. We stayed longer at the VIP Lounge and the models had the chance to converse and took pictures of celebrity actors and DLSU players Jeron Teng and Almond Vosotros.

I heard the result of the game was a tie and it was indeed a friendly game.

In the evening, MWAH models Dianne Magan, Joan Dooley and Raygine Magandayao joined Snookii and Winafe and they had a fun time with some celebrity stars for a night-out party at Dugout Sports Bar.

MY pretty ballerina classmate, Dr. Mary Ann Morales-Base, is producing the OPM SHOW #THROWBACKDANCEALL-OUT under her MMB Dance Center. The show will be held today (May 17), at 6:30 p.m. at the Bacolod Tay Tung High School’s Po Hang Gym. See you all there!
