Food trip, food treat

FLYING out on a food trip is something I do to take a break. As travel is a learning matter and a deeper level of education, the experience always comes with food tripping, and some of the food treats we get from our friends.

There is one that brought me to Mexico but in Pampanga province with seasoned culinary brain Lillian Borromeo. Others are visits to hotels and restos in Metro Manila, Iloilo and in our own City of Smiles.

A food treat increases the calories while the food trip makes you learn about the thousands of varieties of great cuisines that Filipinos have created. Chow and cheers!
