THERE are still 38 remaining commercial spaces at the ground floor of the Negros First Cyber Centre that are up for third bidding, Provincial Administrator Enrique Pinongan said yesterday.

However, Pinongan said there is no schedule yet for the third bidding.

The ground floor of the Cyber Centre has a total of 120 commercial spaces, with some already leased.

The first bidding was held on October 17, 2014 while the second was on November 26, 2014.

The monthly rental fee for commercial spaces ranges from P350 to P400 per square meter.

Pinongan said that Ubiquity Global Services, a business process outsourcing firm, is already occupying the whole second floor of Cyber Centre.

Several companies have signified interest to lease a space on the third floor.

Governor Alfredo Marañon Jr. said he expects that the whole center will be fully occupied within the year.

Meanwhile, until this time there is no definite schedule yet when President Benigno Aquino would be able to come to the province for the inauguration of the Cyber Centre.
