DAVAO City Mayor Rodrigo R. Duterte yesterday refused to comment on the complaint filed by a city councilor against a construction material company that allegedly dumps waste materials to Davao River.

DAVAO City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte created a committee that will act on the complaints and violations on any of the provisions under the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance.
